Some help pleasewith broken images

I got some broken pictures, but only the associated one with success or error messages

For example, the one little success icon that appears with ?your mail about?was send to?? or the little ?in_cart? icon inside Order history info box.

 

I don?t know which php file I need to check. Some help please

FTP to your website and make sure that your FTP programme is set to Auto Select Binary or ASCII mode, and upload all of your images again. Not just the ones in the images folder, but also in includes/languages/english/images/buttons

 

If you uploaded images using ASCII mode then this will cause images to appear broken.

It?s not working, I reloaded the icon images (catalog>images>icons), these are the only ones that are broken, Any other suggestion?
