Delivery address is blank on order received emails

Everytime i do a test order the confirmation from my website doesnt have a delivery address, its just a comma in there, ive created another test address and cant find if im doing it right, if i dont put in a different address to the billing address will this be why, or do i have to input delivery options in my account. Ive copied and paste dthe email order i get below.

Also the page confirmation after the worldpay bit, you know the please wait whilst we finish your order callback thingy, it looks quite unclean and stretches my site width wise so the sites slightly distorted, and the right side of the background is grey, just looks untidy. I know by then they have ordered so it wont put them off buying but just wondered if i can sort this out.
