Box heading Link

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how to make the Box Headings a hyperlink instead of just the little arrow being the link.

 

(For example - The whole heading "What's New" is a hyperlink)

 

The small arrow link works of course, but it is very small target, especially for people who may have accessibility impairments.
