vinces Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 I am running an osCommerce store, and have some individual products, but also have catalog pages. What I mean are like regular physical catlog pages scanned into my computer. I sell the products in the catalog, and there are way too many to all add indiviudally with cropped pictures and descriptions. What I need is a way to have a page on my site with links to each of my around 50 catalog pages, with each product in the catalog page having a product number. Then I have each order number entered as a product. So the customer would look through the catalog pages, find which products they want, then search for the product number, then checkout. Please let me know if this doesn't make any sense. Thanks. David Amherst

You are far better trying to source the real photo's and then also getting permission for using them on your site. If they are from a wholesaler they should have no problem letting you use them online, provided you have asked! - also your site will look more professional. :) j I used to be clueless but I've turned that situation around 360 degrees
vinces Posted November 18, 2004 Author Posted November 18, 2004 I have permission to use them, they are my clients. That is how he wants it. David Amherst
user99999999 Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 If its one item per page you could try putting HTML in your product description. <img src="catalogpage1.jpg" width="80%" border="0">
