Floob Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 Hi, Is it possible to put MS2 files against a MS1 db - or would there be problems with this? Are the tables/fields/relationships the same between MS1 and MS2? Thanks Floob.
Guest Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 From what I've heard (having never used MS1), MS1 and MS2 are different enough that tweaks are required to use contributions that were designed for MS2. Most folks around here seem to be using MS2. -jared

I realise that the files and code are a fair bit different, and contributions might have issues - but I was wondering about the database. Is that any different at all? The schemas look the same to me?
Guest Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 There are some database differences. Download MS2 and look in the extras directory to see what's different. -jared
