Guest Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 Howdy howdy, not sure if I am overlooking this but I seem to be having the same problem numerous others do with new support v1b. I get the following error message 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'select * from support_tickets where customers_id = \'2\' and ticket_status=\'1\'' at line 1 select count(select * from support_tickets where customers_id = \'2\' and ticket_status=\'1\' order by ticket_date DESC) as total [TEP STOP] I have been searching for the last 4 hours and my butt is sore. I have everything working that I know of except for this. If someone can point me towrds a fix that would be great, I will even settle for a different support ticket program. Anyway wish everyone Happy Holidays.

Guest Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 Now I have a different problem , after someone (Registered) submits a support ticket they get re-directed to the logon screen, shows them off line but still shows them as being registered in the whos online box. It would seem to me that it should re-direct the registered user to a thank you for your submission page? Is this normal? If not can some one point me in the right direction? Thank s :'(

I also noticed that when the registered user goes to the news section and clicks on a news article they get redirected to the login area again. After log in they get directed to the news article? Hmmm  Is this normal? If not can some one point me in the right direction? Thank s :'( <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
