Changing to location of the temp directory

For some reason the hosting company is not using the catalog directory and has the whole directory structure different that I have seen it before and I think this is what is hosing my EP uploads. For LHSMarkets.com this is my directory structure when I ftp to LHSMarkets.com WWW/lhsmarkets.com/Catalog But the catalog folder has nothing but a temp folder in it. Do I need to change the temp directory? IF so to what should I change it to? Leon
