Why I Cant Add HTML Code in index.php

i wanna add some image & text in each Index.php file "inLanguage Folder"

 

i try put HTML Code but i failed ... this image i'll update it manually from time to time

 

just anyoe tell me what r the code

You can use html in the define text main, it is not the html that is the problem it is something else. What kind of error message are you getting? You could post the code you are trying to insert.
