2 checkout and nochex errors

sorry for the big image, but this is what I get on my checkout_shipping.php page if I enable 2checkout.

Also the image for 2 checkout isnt loading as well as the text churning out some rubbish.

 

How can I fix those two problems?

 

does anyone have a 2checkout AND a nochex image I ca have please? :-"

 

 

 

ALSO< its a 2yr old version of oscommerce, it is NOT the latest one.
