Ive received an order confirmation from worldpay but no orders been logge don my site so i have no idea what they ordered or whats gone on. Worldpay say I havent set up callback on my acocunt. They mentioned a callback script URL. Please help in explaining what I have to do. :'(

I found THIS POST in about 3 minutes. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

Mark-UK Posted November 16, 2004 Author Posted November 16, 2004 ive not installed any contributions at all at any point. Ive just added the callback url in the first thread youve linked too and enabled call back etc. Still doenst work BUT like o say ive not installed any contributions.

It is not one of the default modules included in the basic osC install and why on earth would you install this on a live site without testing it first? The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Mark-UK Posted November 16, 2004 Author Posted November 16, 2004 No i thought you had to install a contribution for callback, my site came with worldpay already installed. I thought you meant you had to add a contribution to get the callback working. Any ideas.
