You can move your store using the steps found HERE

Register the new domain. Point it at the IP address of the current site. Wait 24 - 48 hours. Change catalog/includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php to reference the new domain. Kill the first domain.

You do not really want to do that as your customers will end up at your old site using your old domain. If you want to do that there is no since in making any changes.
