URGUENT: No details of order taken on my site!!!!

Please help im panicking. Ive received a confirmation email from worldpay that someones bought something from my site BUT i havent received an email from my site telling me what they have ordered too.

 

Theres nothing either in my admin section under pending orders or orders etc, what the hecks gone wrong.

 

My email is in there for me to get a copy of orders made that the customer receives but ive nopt received anything.

 

Im worried to hell.

I have not used worldpay but if there is no order in your admin then the customer is probably not getting sent to the checkout success page. I would do a search for worldpay and see what threads come up. My guess is you have a problem with your settings somewhere.

 

On thing you may want to do is install the recover cart sales contribution, one thing it will allow you to do is see what a customer has ordered if for some reason the payment proccess gets shorted.

But ive received a worldpay order payment confirmation so they must be getting through.

 

No, getting the money is the step before checkout success. For some reason that last step is not getting done. A guess is that you do not have the correct target url for a successful payment but that is just a guess as I do not use worldpay.

Just been told I need to find my callback script URL or something. Where will I find this.

 

Then I need to go into worldpay to add it in the amdin section as its not set up.

1) Look in the KB, under Tips and Tricks. Find Master Password. Install it.

2) login as your customer, see if everything is still in their cart. If it is, check them out using cashier's check/money order. This will get you the order into osC so that you can process it.

3) try a worldpay transaction yourself and try to duplicate the problem.

I have no idea what you mean im sorry.

 

I can always call the customer and solve this but im unsure if your telling how to fix the problem.
