NEED HELP! I added the paypal contribution

PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN-Version-2.9

I have added this contribution to my site and now i have lost the ability to edit any of my payment modules...

 

I thought I followed the instructions to the LETTER but I guess I did not?.

 

I see the payment types but no ability to add or remove anything? its like I lost that table section.

 

Please if anyone has experience with this contribution I would really appreciate the help? im not even sure what section to look at?
