am unable to add test to shipping/returns page

okay my website is www.kennykicks.com when i try to add shipping information to my shipping/return page on the information box it gives me an erro wen i put too many letters the same goes for the conditions of use page so can someone tell me how to fix this problem thanks, i was able to add text to the privacy page
