refresh error

Hello All,

 

I trying to figure out why is that when I view my oscommerce site under Internet Explorer, everything refreshes. And when I use it under Netscape, only the part of the page that needs updating (ie link on the left are clicked) are refreshed.

 

Can anyone determine it please?
