I'm guessing that your file reads define('BOX_HEADING_WHATS_NEW', 'What's New?'); instead of define('BOX_HEADING_WHATS_NEW', 'What\'s New?'); ... if you want to REALLY see something that doesn't set up right out of the box without some tweaking, try being a Foster Parent!
