Help with failed to open stream problem

Either my mind is going or I'm just not seeing it.

 

I've installed, I'm CHMODed and I've edited, I've searched this board and I've searched the Knowledge Base but I cannot seem to figure out why I can't stop getting this error message on my main page (http://studiostore.troma.com):
