State tax being charged to all states...

I'm mostly certain I have the state taxes setup properly and have tried deleting and rentering the MN state tax info (@ 6.5%) a number of times.

 

In every case, when someone orders from a different state they are still being charged MN sales tax.

 

Please help with suggestions.

Problem fixed.

Never mind.

 

I see that I didn't create the proper Tax Zone.
