I just took a quick look at you Signup Page, noticed the "State/Province" field is missing.

I'm thinking this may be causing the issue, at least it's worth looking into.

Best of luck.

BTW, I like the looks of you site.

Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going.

Thanks for the compliment bobg7. I actually tried to go live with it today but after becoming aware of the problem with creating new accounts, I've had to go back to the old site.

I turned off the State in the Admin section. What could be causing this blank page that you get after you click continue? The only files I can think of that would be associated with it are application_top.php, english.php, create_account.php, and form_check.js.php. I've checked them and I can't find anything that jumps out at me.

I've tried commenting out the checking for Gender, DOB, Address, etc. in create_account.php and it hasn't made a difference. I've deleted the entries in the form_check.js.php that check for it. I've taken out the * in english.php...

I've also emailed my hosting provider to see what there is on the logs.

Other than that, I'm lost. :(

I looked at the logs and here is some of what I saw

- - [15/Nov/2004:10:49:54 -0600] "GET /catalog/create_account.php?osCsid=660ac92b526ce4794c3fd849ff4dc2e6 HTTP/1.1" 200 5928 "http://www.huyett.com/catalog/" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)"

On the last one, should it POST to create_account.php or should it go to create_account_success.php?

Could it be something with MySQL?
