Need help with error message on checkout shipping

I'm just trying to make sure my clients store is functioning correctly after installation and adding a couple of modules and I'm getting this error. I select the shipping method and then click continue and get

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/cjadmin/public_html/store/includes/classes/order.php:310) in /home/cjadmin/public_html/store/includes/functions/general.php on line 29
