Orders not showing up

are they ordering via paypal?


Have you logged into their account (via Master Password - - see the knowledgebase) and seen that their shopping cart is still full?


If so, then they just didn't "finalize" their order after paying you via PayPal.


The easiest way to get their order processed is to login as them (again, via Master Password), checkout, and specify money order/cashiers' check for the payment method. Then, apply their PayPal $$ toward the order.


Consider installing the PayPal IPN contribution to smooth the PayPal ordering process out.

the shop hasn't gone live yet, I'm just trying the order process.


A customer makes an account, orders, completes the order process, then when I login to the admin section it says that there are X number of orders pending. When I go to the Pending orders page its completely empty.? :(

I'm also having the same trouble.. I can see the order under "Best Customer Orders-Total" in the admin but the order doesn't show up under the specific customers.


I CAN see the order in the Orders table of the database.


Any thoughts?
