Filtering Category box

Greetings all!

 

I would like to create a simple seperate site for one of my manufacturers products that is still integrated into the main store. Is there a way that I can have a category box appear that is filtered based on manufacturer? I would also like the category box to omit any categories that do not contain products made by the one manufacturer.
