eddiev2001 Posted November 14, 2004 Posted November 14, 2004 Hey guys, I've tried to update the zones in my database and then restoring the new sql but it failed and am now getting the following error. 1146 - Table 'dwain_kitchi.configuration' doesn't exist select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration [TEP STOP] Any ideas or suggestions that will help me restore a previous backup would be greatly appreciated. I now find myself without access to the admin area. Thanks Eddie
Guest Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 please, no double posting, it clutters things up and you get multiple answers in different places.
eddiev2001 Posted November 15, 2004 Author Posted November 15, 2004 Sorry for the double post , I thought maybe it wasnt as clear and might of caused some confusion. I have tried phpmyadmin , Would you be able to give me step by step instructions ?.. I located a backup and FTP it to my local computer where i ran phpmyadmin. I then ran an sql query of the backup what should i do next? Thanks for you time and patience . You guys are all really good ! awesome support
Guest Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 if it still fails, means that the backup you made either didnt get restored properly

Guest Posted November 15, 2004 Posted November 15, 2004 yes, the database could possibly be restored too. it could be that it is just a bit corrupt. as long as the products and customer area is good, piece of cake.
