Browser Error says Can't find mycart/account.php on server, but it is there for a fact!

Anyone know about this Error?

Does your host require that "secure" content be placed in a separate location? Some do (yuck). If so, you will have to duplicate your store's files in the "secure" folder.

I'm stumped. My testcart is fine and another gives this error!

I haven't done much work on it so I'll install another in a new directory.
