Analyse/convert pricelists in different formats?

I need to analyse/convert pricelists in different formats, rearrange them to a EP-format, easily put all in predifined categories.

 

The pricelist's is coming from 10-20 different suppliers and they all use there own structure and categories. Is there a GUI-tool to easy "map" the categories in right place (my categories).

 

I only need to setup the conversion once and then use it daily.

The pricelist's can contain as much as 40.000 products each but I will only use one as a primary pricelist and then add some products from the other list's (preferbly by some kind of filter). This will result in a shop containing about 50.000 producs (computer hardware/softwarestore).

 

The ability to ADD-UPDATE-DELETE is also good, but that maybe Easy Populate do best?

 

I try'ed to make a tool by my own in Filemaker Pro but got stuck in the "logical-thinking"...

 

I really hope there is something like this out there, it would be great for us that use many distributors to fill up our shops with :-)

 

PS. I looked at "Pricelist Analyser" from Softwareforstores but they dont have a demo... DS.
