Whats new Hyperlink

We redesigned our webshop and was wondering. On the standard Oscommerce on the index.php we have the "Whats New", "Special" boxes. in the Titel they have those arrows as hyperlinks to open the page. Were do we have to add this arrow. Which page need editing? Our website
