rusticon Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 Hi guys , Just hit this really big problem with my oscommerce site -- when someone buys something off of it, I do still receive the mail saying that an order has been made but I do not see any trace of it as a "Pending Order" Anyone else experience the same problem ? Or has any solution for this ? Any help is deeply appreciated! :'(
Guest Posted November 13, 2004 Posted November 13, 2004 double check to see if your orders status table is not empty, it should have pending, delivered, processed, etc in there. if it is empty, add the definitions you want via the admin section of the store.
