New Products not appearing

I'm a newbie at all this and I apologise if I should be asking this in a specialised easypopulate thread. Anyways,

I've just installed easypopulate and (sort of) successfully uploaded part of my existing products list, which lives in MS Access, creating several new categories in the process.

While I'm in the admin section, I can see my new categories and, when I click on a category, I see all the products in it.

However, when I go to the Online Catalog, I see my new categories (and the new Manufacturers) but what I can't see anywhere are my new products. I can, though, see the old dummy categories and products from the original installation -- I mention that not because I don't expect to see them (I haven't deleted them yet) but because if I see them when I click their categories I'd expect to see my new products when I click on theirs.

Can anyone help?

Ooops! Solved it myself. I'd forgotten to default my product status column value to TRUE (1).
