I have the same problem

:'(

Are you on an ssl layer? if so then read below!

Make sure that ssl is compiled into curl. Curl should be enabled and so should OpenSSL. Curl and SSL must be compliled together for the ups shipping module to work on the SSL layer.

This is what your phpinfo() file should look like once SSL and CURL are compiled together

CURL support enabled

CURL Information libcurl/7.12.0 OpenSSL/0.9.9 zlib/1.1.4

I am also getting the error:

United Parcel Service (XML)

10002: The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid

If you prefer to use ups as your shipping method, please contact via Email.

I got the following Curl info from my hosting company:

libcurl 7.9.5 (OpenSSL 0.9.6c) (ipv6 enabled)

I am not using SSL on my ecommerce website, our only payment method at this time is PayPal

I have enabled the United Parcel Service (XML) module and have populated the fields with my Access key, pwd, etc.

Any suggestions? Thanks, Rebecca
