HELP! Can't process cards

Hi, I just set up my shopping cart, and everything works EXCEPT processing credit cards! I have called Authorize.net and things are fine on tier end, but I can't get a card transaction to complete. I ge the following error message in red at the top of the screen:

 

there has been an error processing your credit card - please try again

 

Talk about cryptic! No error code, nothing, just that message....anyone seen this before and have an idea how to fix it? We've tried everything, even compared settings to another merchant using the same software and mine still doesn't work.

 

PLEASE HELP!!!
