mxarchive Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 Hi, I just set up my shoppoing cart, and everything works EXCPT processing credit cards! I have called Authorize.net and things are fine on tier end, but I can't get a card transaction to complete. I ge the following error message in red at the top of the screen: there has been an error processing your credit card - please try again Talk about cryptic! No error code, nothing, just that message....anyone seen this before and have an idea how to fix it? We've tried everything, even compared settings to another merchant using the same software and mine still doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanx, Dave Curtis

Guest Posted November 11, 2004 Posted November 11, 2004 do a complete backup of your files and database prior to proceeding, in case you get into a jam you can restore and then start over. follow the instructions!
