no product box in specials??

Hello everyone,

 

I've gone through the forum re: specials and can't seem to find anyone whos had this problem. I went to use the 'Specials' feature today for the first time and the box field for 'Product:' is missing so I can't enter which product I want to run a special on. the other fields for price and expiry are there but product field is gone. Can anyone help??
