Login page-Login button

When I've been configuring oscommerce, the login page has been redesigned, unfortunately the login button no longer works, I think it's something to do with me making a new table and trying to put the correct pieces of code in the right place but there are sections from the start of the html which must be needed in a certain place, any suggestions anybody?
