Altered Category Images SQL

Hello all..

 

If i manually update a category image thru SQL, (update categories set categories_image = 'myimage.jpg' where categories_id = XX )

 

then my PHP page does not update with the image.. After logging in through the admin panel ,then prviewing the category (the correct image is already there!) it then updates, and the page shows the cat image..

 

I'm assuming that this is a PHP/IIS issue.. anyone help?
