Attributes Contribution - do you recognise

Hi, I installed a contribution that lets me modify attributes within the item page on a store I built a few years ago - It's v2.2 but not the current version. It works really well and I'm now building a 2.2 MS2 store and trying to find a version that works with this. I can't find the original download or who wrote it and the only page I have (categories.php) from the old store doesn't work with MS2.

 

Does anyone recognise this
