Is there a tip out there that will automatically update the currencies ?

search tips and tricks for CRON and then setup a cron job to update every 1/2 hour if you want to

I'm looking for the same thing. I know what parameters to use and know it can be done with a CRON job BUT do not know how to set up or where to set up a CRON job... any help you can offer appreciated.
