Start cost option

Hi,

 

I am in search for a solution to be able to add a fixed (start cost or tooling cost) price in addition to the product price. This fixed price should be added to the shopping cart along with the product price.

 

Something like this:

 

Start cost: 10$

10x product A:20$ (10x2$)

Total: 30$

 

I have searched the contributions and the forum with no success. Any help will be appreciated!
