:'( Ok... bear with me... I'm veryyyyyy new to the whole oscommerce thing.

 

 

This is what I am wanting to do. I would like a Live help program installed into my osCommerce website. I've tried reading some other posts on the subject but ... well, I guess I'm just too stupid because all this code stuff is wayyyyy over my head.

 

Is there any way to accomplish this and keep it simple for a newbie like me?

 

(P.S. I guess HLC seems like the best one (and easiest) for me... if you have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them!)
