Currency Question - Need help.

When I have a customer from Canada I would like the currency to default to Canadian Dollars - When I have a customer from the USA I would like the currency to default to US Dollars - When I have a customer from any other country have the currency to default to Canadian Dollars.

 

Now the question. How can this be done so when checking out the currency will be the one I want and not the one the customer selects?

If you set up your default currency value to 1.00000000 and then all other currencys to there relevent exchange rates that way your default currency will remain and your customers can then select what ever currencys that you have enabled inside your site.

Thanks, but I know about that already. What we're looking for is an autodetect script that will preselect the currency on load.
