STS and Thumbnail contribs

Hi,

Already asked this in the STS contrib thread as well, but more people read here. Anyone got a thumbnail contrib working in STS. I am having trouble with the automatic thumbnail contrib as it makes my index page blank. Anyone got this or another thumbnail to work with STS and is willing to point me in the right direction.
