Frank,

I'm having the same sort of trouble with my modules. What do you mean when you say you updated MODULE_PAYMENT_INSTALLED etc. manually through PHPMyAdmin? I'm kind of clueless about MySQL. I can go into PHPMyAdmin and look at the MODULE_PAYMENT_INSTALLED, but then I'm not sure what to update. I did notice the configuration_value field is empty. Should it be?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve

For the payment configuration_value you add the one you need ex: cc.php etc if you have more than one you need to add : in between ex: cc.php;paypal.php

I woud like to fix this issue ASAP

Thanks

log into admin and click tools where you can update or restore you data base from here yoiu should beable to reinstall back up.

Ok but the problem is I used phpMyAdmin to do my backup because the tool database backup does not work for some reason, the message I get is "Error: Backup directory does not exist. Please set this in configure.php." but the directory exists, I have no clue what is the problem.

Thanks

I try backup, backups and no lock

What have your set your configure.php files to for local host.

It might not be correct, maybe the directory path is not set correctly!

examples!

http: //192.168.0.6 or http: //www.frankshouse.com "example"

I set pages to use http: //192.168.0.6 to view and edite on local host

and I set pages to http: //www.frankshouse.com "example" when accesiging via remote host.

Local host example.

// Define the webserver and path parameters

// * DIR_FS_* = Filesystem directories (local/physical)

// * DIR_WS_* = Webserver directories (virtual/URL)

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://192.168.0.6'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'http://192.168.0.6'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('ENABLE_SSL', false); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'http://192.168.0.6');

Remote host example.

// Define the webserver and path parameters

// * DIR_FS_* = Filesystem directories (local/physical)

// * DIR_WS_* = Webserver directories (virtual/URL)

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http: //www.frankshouse.com'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'http: //www.frankshouse.com'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('ENABLE_SSL', false); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'http: //www.frankshouse.com');
