I am having problems finding the correct file to edit to get the top button to go somewhere else. How do I change this????

In includes/application_top.php find this line

: $breadcrumb->add(HEADER_TITLE_TOP, HTTP_SERVER);

and change the HTTP_SERVER to where you want it to go. I'm not sure if this is a good idea though. Most people would click on that link expecting to go to the home page. By changing it to go somewhre else, you may be causing your visitors a lot of grief.

I thought the answer may be in configure.php . Where is the Top button going and where exactly did you want it to go? Do you have a link?

hi

i too am interested in knowing if this is possible...

i have two domain names that are basically pointing to two different buiness sections of a company...

ie. abcstore.com points to OSC that sells the companys products/services

abc.com points to my business site where customer can learn more about the company, etc.

 

i want the "top" link to point to abc.com and the "catalog" button to go to the default page of the store

 

is this possible???

 

i realize that if i change the HTTP_SERVER variable in the configure.php file it will change all links on the store to point to that domain

 

this is on a MS1 store...
