I am trying to change the format of the date entered in Account details. I am having problems just serching for key words in the OScommerce code.

Any ideas

The date and time format is set in your english.php file ( or your language file if you are using a different one)

define('DATE_FORMAT_SHORT', '%m/%d/%Y'); // this is used for strftime()

define('DATE_FORMAT_LONG', '%A %d %B, %Y'); // this is used for strftime()

define('DATE_FORMAT', 'm/d/Y'); // this is used for date()

define('DATE_TIME_FORMAT', DATE_FORMAT_SHORT . ' %H:%M:%S');

Have you read through the knowledge base? If not you should do so. It will give you a much better idea of what is going on.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?
