How do I add a text link to the bottom of my default.php page so that it will only show up on only that ONE page?

I want the the text link to appear on only the bottom of www.mysite.com/default.php

but I do not want it to show up on the bottom of www.mysite.com/default.php?cPath=21&os or whatever other variation oscommerce comes up with. How do I do this?

p.s.

sorry for the double post. the forum script would not allow me to edit my other post although it showed me the edit button.

You can try something like this in includes/footer.php:

<?php
if (isset($cPath) &&! tep_not_null($cPath)) {
   echo '<a href="http://www.some_other_site.com" target="_blank">Some Other Site</a>';
 }
?>

Hope that helps.

I tried your suggestion but the link also shows up on:

checkout_payment.php

checkout_confirmation.php

checkout_success.php

checkout_shipping.php

's funny you should mention it.

It also shows up on all of the information pages (contact us, shipping, etc.).

There's really got to be a better way to eliminate it - right, hard-code it on index.php and get rid of it altogether in the footer....
