Shipping Configuration Question

I have a small store I am setting up with only a handfull of products. We are shipping via UPS based on item count with a handling charge of $5 per package. If a customer orders up to a certain number of a single product we can ship the items in one box. But, if they order say 6 or 7 of that product it will take two boxes. Also orders of multiple different products will require multiple packages to be sent. So we need to set our shipping up sort of like this.

product 1:

1 : $3+$5

2 : $5+$5

3 : $7+$5

4 : $9+$5

Additional items of this product will require another package so it would be like this:

5 : $9+$5+$3+$5

product 2:

1 : $9+$5

2 : $13+$5

3 : $17+$5

Additional items of this product will require another package so it would be like this:

4 : $17+$5+$9+$5

If the customer buys 1 item each of product 1 and product 2 then we will need to ship multiple packages .. so it would be like this:

product 1 : $3+$5

product 2 : $9+$5

Is there any way to set this sort of shipping up?

You can OR use the "Specials" option in the admin panel. You put the normal price of each items with the coast shipping ordinally, and the coast reduced when shipping one full box.

OR use the product options and insert a new option called "Full box". You describe the option, you set the number of your products to that of the box and you fix one single price shipping for all this.
