Table headinngs not displaying corectly

I'm not familar with that contribution but that error means that you forgot to set up one of the defines. Look through the instructions and it should say something like

Add this to english...

define('TABLE_HEADING_INFO', ...

I checked and it is definitely defines as per the instructions. Could anything else be causing this?

 

Also I notice the thick underlining effect occurs when the browser window is too small and the header table cell gets resized to fit the text on a second line, any idea why that happens?
