Admin page not show up

Recommended Posts

I have uploaded my files to the servers, the catalog works fine but the admin page does not show up. It's juz a blank page. I use "myadmin" as the folder name since "admin" is already used to access my webhost control panel. Everything is fine on localhost before. Is it because anything wrong with the path in configure.php or anything else? Here is My Webpage and admin page.

Please anyone help me resolve this. Thx.

myadmin/includes/configure.php file:

OK I've changed the path but still the same... all juz white pages around, as if all files in the folder "myadmin" could not be shown... I don't have blank index.html file there anyway :'( I have no idea what to do??

excuse me I was wrong put that back the way you had it. Do you notice that the url link to the myadmin is set without the www but then forces the www in. Try the link and see what I mean. You could try to put the www back in the configure url settings and see how that works. Also remember there are two configure files.

Found the solution.

Its actually an error in the code.

Go to /catalog/admin/includes/classes/sessions.php

look on line 33, it should look like:

var $cookie_path = substr(DIR_WS_ADMIN, 0, -1);

you have to add ' ' around the substr statement, like:

var $cookie_path = 'substr(DIR_WS_ADMIN, 0, -1)';

Then the admin page is not blank anymore

This has to be fixed in the code and next release,

can someone forward it to the right person so it gets done?

Cheers!!!
