:blink: This is my problem:

When i try to create an account or try to check out, i get the following:

Warning: main(includes/application_top.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/my/domains/mydomain.com/private_html/deh/create_account.php on line 13

Warning: main(includes/application_top.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/home/my/domains/mydomain.com/private_html/deh/create_account.php on line 13

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /usr/home/my/domains/mydomain.com/private_html/deh/create_account.php on line 13

Sound familiar somewhere? I'ved used search on this side, but none could eventualy be of any use..(mostly about language problems)

What i did:

I've got account.php, create_account.php, File checkout_shipping.php and login.php

running on HTTPS.

I have them placed in: domains/mydomain.com/private_html/destination and gave them the "Full" chmod 777

But still i get this message.

I also tried to move the application_top.php from the HTTP directory to the HTTPS directory, but with no positive results. (The result was that my whole oscommerce site couldn't be found) So i returned the file back to it's original location.

The files are in the right directory, i gave the files full chmod and i still get the error... :blink:

Strange...i 've got the whole admin folder running on HTTPS without problems, so why not these files?

Any help would be appreciated

does the store work? application_top.php is a pretty important program, if it isnt there the whole store fails.

double check your directory to see if it is there.

:( Yes, my store works. It's running (or what is the right term for it?) on HTTP, but the accounts and checkouts are running on HTTPS

And yes, the file: application_top.php is located at public html/bla/includes !

So what do i have to do?

I really PREFER the

account.php,

create_account.php

login.php

checkout.php

to be running on HTTPS (/private html)..

oh yeah btw, application_top.php is set to chmod '644' ...

by default, they do IF you have an SSL certificate installed properly, your configure.php file is setup properly. have you modified any code relating to ssl?

My admin folder is running perfect on HTTPS....(certificate seem to work)

I have enabled and defined my https connection as followed:

  define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://mydomain.com'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers
 define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://mydomain.com'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers
 define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?
 define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'mydomain.com');
 define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'mydomain.com');
 define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/');
 define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/');
 define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/');
 define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

I have installed all the folders and files 'WITHIN' the catalog directory( in PUBLIC HTML)....

Just so the visitor dont have to type '/catalog/' after the .com.

Could this be one of the errors? Do i have the delete the 'CATALOG' in both:

define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

?

Errrr.. i think i misunderstood your earlier question about if my store was working....

Well... I can browse thru the store's pages, but i cant order, login, create an account etc...

That's where the fatal error occurs...

Im totaly knowledgles right now... :blink: i have 0.00% idea on this
