Is this spider bot getting stuck?

I've seen this for the past 2 days, every other hour:

00:04:26 0 Guest 207.46.98.126 04:02:16 04:02:16 /store/redirect.php?action=manufacturer&manufacturers_id=30&osCs?

I try going to that URL but it doesn't go anywhere. I'm worried that the bot isn't being able to crawl my shop which is not a good thing :(

PS-How can you tell which IP's belong to bots?

This is MSN Bot, and it can be a damn nuisance. If you want rid of it then make sure that you add it to the list in spiders.txt, and also that you have 'Prevent Spider Sessions' set to 'true' in your osCommerce control panel.

p.s. MSN Bot is a greedy little devil and can eat away at your bandwidth allowance.
