What is the ORDERS_TABLE?

I have seen multiple posts that speak of the ORDERS_TABLE. Somebody also mentioned that you can "download your ORDERS_TABLE in a tab delimited format and save it to Excel"

Can anyone tell me what this ORDERS_TABLE is and how you can download it in a tab delimited format?

I assumed it would be a mysql database or table but I don't have that.

Thank you.

It was mentioned in another post as if there was some way to show all of the data from the order, i.e. the customer info, what they ordered, etc.

This is for a Quickbooks contribution and here is the information:

Alternatively it would be much easier to just download your ORDERS_TABLE in a tab delimited format and save it to Excel. You can then import the .xls files directly into QuickBooks by following the directions in the QB Help Index.

They make it sound like the ORDERS_TABLE is some mysql table that contains all of the customers order information.
